Let's party with minstant
A disposable camera for your wedding, party or trip. Guests scan the QR code on the table and shoot with their own phone: no app to install, no account. Every guest gets a roll, and the photos develop later (the next morning at 9:00 unless the host picks another time).
minstant is in private testing. Apps for iPhone and Android are on the way, and guests can also shoot straight from their phone's browser.
Scan
Guests open the camera from the QR code. They see how many shots are on their roll and when the photos develop.
Shoot
Film looks right in the viewfinder, swipe to change. No peeking at the photos: they wait, like a real disposable.
Develop
At the reveal everyone opens the gallery, saves their favourites and downloads their own shots.
Watch
A venue-screen link plays the shots as prints on any TV or projector browser. The host can hide any shot with one tap.
The host picks where photos go
- Straight to the host's Google Photos. Guests' phones upload to the host's album; minstant never stores the photos.
- Through minstant to Google Photos. Photos pass through minstant on the way and are never stored.
- Kept by minstant (a paid plan). minstant keeps the photos for 30 days after the event, encrypted, then deletes them for good. The host can download a ZIP before then.
Guests never sign up. The guest gallery stays open for 30 days after the event; the host can keep it open longer.
